HRM is a function that deals with the people and issues related to people such as remuneration and benefits, recruiting and hiring employees, on-boarding employees, performance management, disciplinary actions, training, and organization development and culture.

Our HRM has in-built functions which, in the course of registering employees’ records;

  • Automatically and simultaneously, creates a payroll record, calculates major payroll parameters detailing the gross pay and other allowances including payee-tax for each calendar month
  • Automatically and simultaneously, creates staff receivable account for each employee in the Central Account to monitor loans and salary advances.
