In September 2013, a group of personnel comprising of three highly qualified Computer Science and ICT professionals with in-depth knowledge in computer software development met and decided to get together and form an ICT software company that will engender the application of ICT for the industrial development in Nigeria. After several meetings and resolutions, a business name - Information Communication Technology Educational Services (IES) was registered later that year with the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990. By 2017, we had grown in numbers and employed state-of-the-art techniques in the provision of customized, result-oriented and cost-effective computerized software products.

In the last three years, precisely from 2016, we stepped up to a bigger and more robust venture when the development of an all encompassing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution commenced. It is a customizable, result-oriented, cost-effective and scalable process used by SMEs and corporate organizations (manufacturing and services) to manage and integrate all departments and functions across their businesses into a single system while still serving each department’s specific needs.

In August 2019, the reality of the venture starred us in the face when the ERP project was completed. Our ERP software solution (trade name - Infinity) covers every aspect of all organizational activities/operations in manufacturing, engineering, sales and services. It was carefully crafted for the development of the industrial sector in Nigeria in particular. Two companies were used for testing the suitability and acceptability of our ERP software solution for sales and services on one hand, and for manufacturing process on the other with testimonies as given below.
